Ultimately, it is my job to steward clients to a fully integrated financial and personal life. Money and wealth should have a purpose. I often ask clients, “What is the purpose of this money?” Using a goals-based planning approach helps connect the dots – it brings purpose to your wealth and your work. Our process is intentional, disciplined, and client-centric. We discover, analyze, implement, monitor, and adjust your plan as appropriate in order to attain your life and financial goals.

In his role as a Senior Wealth Advisor, Ayad (pronounced “E-yad”) is the primary point of contact within the client relationship. As a fee-only planner, he oversees the goals-based financial planning process and is responsible for providing objective advice, guidance, and solutions designed to help clients reach their long-term financial objectives.

Ayad joined Wealthcare in 2021 by founding Wealthcare of the Lehigh Valley – an independent affiliate of Wealthcare Capital Advisory Partners.  He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry in a variety of capacities and has spent time with reputable firms such as TIAA and Vanguard. Although most of his experience lies within client-facing and advice roles, he has also worked in trading, risk management, and small business planning, all of which lend to a very well-rounded background in understanding the overall financial landscape. Ayad earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University and completed his MBA in Finance at DeSales University. He obtained a certificate in financial planning from the Bryant University Executive Development Program and earned his designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® from the CFP Board in 2017.  Additionally, Ayad recently earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.  The purpose of the AIF® Designation is to assure that those responsible for managing or advising on investor assets have a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility.

Ayad has found great success in working primarily with educators and medical professionals. Having developed a deep understanding of their unique career challenges lends to greater success in stewarding their financial lives.  Although technology allows him to serve people in any location, he primarily works with people living in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and the Greater Lehigh Valley region.

In his personal life, Ayad stays very active with his family and community. He has been a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and currently resides in Bethlehem, PA with his wife Caroline and three daughters – Marina, Georgina, and Lucia.  Appreciating the importance of giving back, he volunteers regularly with the American Amarian Charity Society and is an active Board Member with Victory House of Lehigh Valley.

Strategic Partnerships

Wealthcare Advisory Partners LLC (WCAP) has developed strategic relationships with several firms in order to provide a full investment management experience for our advisors and clients. The key firms in our investment process and their relationship with WCAP are described below:

LPL Financial


LPL Financial LLC (LPL) is a FINRA-regulated full-service broker-dealer which provides brokerage services to WCAP advisors. Most of WCAP's advisors are also securities registered with LPL. LPL offers a full range of securities products and services, as well as insurance products and services which are made available to WCAP clients through our common financial advisors.

LPL also provides custody and clearing for WCAP's Advisory accounts.

Wealthcare Capital Management

Wealthcare Capital Management LLC (WCM) is contractually engaged by WCAP to provide financial planning, discretionary investment management and non-discretionary advisory services to WCAP clients. The financial planning process WCAP uses was developed by WCM, and WCM manages and runs the planning department and technology that WCAP uses today.

WCM is an Investment Advisory firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and manages over $1.3 Billion.

WCM also provides WCAP administrative, corporate financial, accounting and legal services under contract to WCAP to facilitate the running of WCAP's business.

While WCM and WCAP have some common corporate management and staff, they are separate and distinct legal entities with their own ownership structure.

WCAP and WCM are Investment Advisors registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Securities offered through LPL Financial, Member FINRA/SIPC.

LPL is not otherwise affiliated with WCAP or WCM. There is no common control or ownership, and LPL is a separate legal entity.
