Janet Barr joined Wealthcare Advisory Partners in 2019 and founded Wealthcare Partners of Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, CA. She has more than 25 years of experience and believes in helping clients find financial confidence and understanding. In 2019, Janet partnered with Wealthcare Advisory Partners to provide her clients with a goals-driven experience that connects planning and investing.
As a Chartered Financial Consultant (“ChFC”), Janet has experience in all areas of financial planning including retirement and insurance planning, tax reduction strategies, investments, investment selection, risk analysis, monitoring, estate preservation and wealth transfer. As a female advisor, Janet brings a different voice to the table and educates clients, listens to their goals and desires, and provides them with a customized financial plan and investment strategy.

A sought-after speaker, she has been interviewed and quoted in numerous publications over the years. Janet is proud to be a veteran, having served her country as a Sergeant in the US Army.
