Tres advises a diverse group of clients in Tennessee and nine other states, including active and successful professionals, business owners and executives. More recent business endeavors include partial ownership of Baucum/Wagner land company, Advanced Electrical Systems (an engineering design firm that holds four patents) and SmallBiz Resources (a temporary staffing and HR company). These experiences helped shape Tres’ perspectives with respect to helping people accomplish goals.
An avid outdoorsman, Tres and his wife Vicki, and their two boys, live on a mountain, and have an unrelenting passion for four-wheeling and hunting, and enjoying nature. They also love to travel when their schedules permit. Tres is also an accomplished runner, having participated in several marathons, and continues to run whenever possible. Tres and his family are also active in the community, and have attended Homestead Baptist Church for more than 15 years.
